  • I went shopping at Jewel today. There is this hot, likely gay manager
that works there, in fact, I think he is my sister’s boss. Anywho,
whenever I go there, I hope to see him there, but, I don’t go often
enough to see him there. See, I only go when I know my sister isn’t
working. I know it sounds weird or mean, but there would be all sorts
of akwardness and embarrassment if I went there when she was there. I
don’t expect anybody to understand this, and why should
you………..unless you were related to her, you really wouldn’t
understand. Anywho, the hot manager was working there, but I only saw
him as I was walking out.

So, I got a phone call from Dave today. He said he was trying to get a
game of Risk together. I was game. I asked him who he had so far, and
he said only me. But, then, he told me to call Scooty, Mark, and Keith.
Let me get this right. He wanted to play. It was his idea, but he
expected me to call everybody. Sometimes, I think that if Dave didn’t
have Kelli and I, he would quickly wilt away and die.

We had a hard time getting people to play, especially at the last
minute like this. The only person I was able to get was Mark (I did do
some delegating……….I told him I would have John call Scooty, I
would call Mark, and for Dave to call Keith………..he claims he did
call him and got the machine, but when John called for other reasons,
he did speak with Keith). Anywho, I told him it would only be 4 of us
if we played. He told me to call Mark and have him call Rusty. Again, I
don’t get this. So, I told him to call Mark and have him call Rusty.

I don’t want it to seem like I’m bitching about all of this, because, I
really do find it all amusing. After all, as we know, guys can’t be
counted on to plan shit. Its true. It might be a little bit sexist, but
if we left it up to guys to plan and organize shit, nothing would ever
get done. Thats why it took such a long time for America to break away
from England. Sure, guys like Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, and so
on, they were all great leaders, but there had to be some females
involved in the whole process, otherwise we would still be bowing down
to Prince William and Prince Harry………..come to think of it, I
would LOVE to bow down to them, if you know what I mean.

Anywho, we decided to play with just 4 people, me, Mark, Dave, and
John. Funny, Dave was all gung-ho about playing, but he pretty much
blew his wad really quick. He finished so fast, he was like a virgin on
prom night. He was attacking at every cost. I honestly think he had all
of 3 turns. Yet, he insisted that Mark and John ganged up on him. Crazy
Dave. Anywho, I will spare you the rest of the details, except to say
that in the end, I lost out to John.
